Please review these terms [and print off a copy of them to retain for your records] Your attention is specifically drawn to clause 6 which limits Rugby League Legends liability to you:-
1. Acceptance of Order
When you place an order with Rugby League Legends through our website you are making an offer to Rugby League Legends which we may accept or decline. Receipt of your payment details does not mean that we have accepted your order and we reserve the right to return your payment to you if your order is not accepted. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you provide on your order form.

2. Prices
The prices are subject to change and you will be notified of any change in the prices of ordered goods prior to acceptance of your order. All prices quoted on the website are inclusive of VAT Our Delivery charge is shown at the shopping basket stage. The delivery charge will be added automatically to your order dependant on the products ordered and the delivery address you have supplied.

3. Availability
All orders are subject to availability of products. If we are unable to deliver products ordered by you we will notify you by e-mail and credit the price and the delivery charges of the unavailable products to your credit/debit card within 28 days of your order.

4. Delivery
We will deliver products ordered by you to the address stated on your order form within 10 working days from acceptance. You acknowledge that we rely totally upon the accuracy of the information which you have supplied for this purpose. You will not become the owner of the products until they have been delivered to you, at which time the products will become your risk and we will not be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to them.

5. Returns
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of seven days after you receive the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by hand, post or email, at the address or email address shown below, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. Once you have notified Rugby League Legends that you are cancelling the contract, Rugby League Legends will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods excluding delivery costs. If you do not return the goods as required, Rugby League Legends may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods. You do not have the right to cancel the contract under this clause if the order is for products which have been unsealed or used by you.

6. Complaints and Liability
If the products we deliver to you are not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity our liability shall be limited to replacing the damaged or defective products or making good the shortfall in quantity or at our option crediting the price and delivery charges of those products to your credit/debit card. We shall not be liable to you for failure to deliver products ordered by you unless you notify us within 42 days of the date of your order. Our liability shall be limited to delivering the products ordered or at our option crediting the price and delivery charges of the non-delivered products to your credit/debit card. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage including loss of profit or any other form of compensation. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be construed to limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Variations
No variation to these conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing. Our employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning our products unless they are confirmed by Rugby League Legends in writing. You acknowledge that you are not relying on any such representations which are not confirmed in writing.

8. Validity
If any of these terms and conditions are unenforceable it shall not effect the enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

9. Descriptions
Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued on the website shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Rugby League Legends.

10. Supply
We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders from any individual or company at our absolute discretion.

11. Governing law
As the internet allows access to the site from countries acting under different laws differing from those of the company (anywhere outside England and Wales), you agree that insofar as is allowed by any relevant legislation or jurisdiction English law shall govern this contract.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless we are negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you. We will only use the information you provide about yourself for the purpose of fulfilling your order, unless you agree otherwise. We would like to notify you of products and offers that may be of interest to you from time to time, and if you do not wish to be notified of these, please email with the word "Un-subscribe" in the subject line. You can correct any information about yourself, or ask for information about you to be deleted, by giving written notice to us at the address, fax number or email address shown at clause 12 above.
